For info on the events and schedule, scroll down below. You will see schedule details for both the Waterford and Marysville District Regional to be held this month.

I talked to Mr. Melrose and Mr. Leaver and students from both schools that will represent the school Friday are excused from class. Students are still responsible to ensure they do the work required by their teachers. Please talk to your teachers to ensure there is no confusion around this.

To ensure everyone is accounted for, i need a final count of who is coming and who is not. To do this, use this link.

Concessions will be available on site both days. If you have special dietary needs, make sure you bring your own food as needed.

We did a driver practice yesterday in Port Huron. It went very well and we identified a few things to look at.

This week will be busy. Here is a small breakdown on what is going on.

Monday 6-9pm – Clean up our room and organize spare parts, tools and supplies. Prep and decide how we will use the last 2 hours we can work on the robot.

Tuesday 6-9pm – 2 hours unbag time. Go thru the pre-inspection checklist.

Wednesday 6-9pm – Paint project and final pit preparation. Pack and get everything ready for competition.

Thursday 330pm – Leave Algonac for Waterford. As soon as we can be inspected, our robot is then available to work on and practice driving. This is also a good time where we could adjust some programming as needed.

Both Friday and Saturday, pits open at 8am and this is more time we could spend on adjustment and small modification.

Competitions Information

Thursday night (5pm-10pm)  is pit setup and inspections.

Opening ceremony and qualification match start on Friday morning. See Event Schedule link below.

Students will be excused from school on Friday to attend and represent our school on Friday. Students MUST make arrangement with teachers for paper due and/or other assignments.

If you plan on attending Friday competition, please let Coach Seb know as soon as possible so i can forward the list to the school administration ahead of time.
